We are excited to share that we recently launched a new charitable initiative called Operation MIG (Midwest Insurance Group). Beginning this month and continuing quarterly, we will support a local nonprofit or charity through a meaningful financial contribution.
What is Operation MIG?
Operation MIG is about more than donations alone. Charitable giving, at its best, is also an education. It challenges us to look beyond our own experiences, broaden our perspectives, and grow as individuals and as a company. For each organization we support, we will be visiting their team, learning about their mission, and better understanding the impact of our contributions. We will also pursue volunteer opportunities with select organizations, allowing us to give back in a hands-on way while building stronger connections with our own team here at Midwest Insurance Group.
